1. Delivery Partner

• All domestic orders are shipped via Leopards Courier Services.
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service nationwide.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. [200 or 250] per order anywhere in Pakistan.
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on orders

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery:
• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2-4 working days.
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4-6 working days.
• Note: Delivery times may be affected during public holidays, sale periods, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Order Confirmation

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or Call (0313 4632751, 03114001983) to confirm your address and order details before dispatching.
• Please ensure your phone number is active to avoid delays.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS/Email.
• You can track your order status directly on the Leopards Courier website: http://leopardscourier.com/pk/tracking/

6. Incomplete Address / Non-Availability

• Please provide a complete address (Shop No. 44, Rehman Center,
Ichhra, Lahore, 54000,Pakistan.) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Leopards Courier usually attempts delivery 2 times. If the customer is not available, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
