Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At Ubaid Al Abayat, our priority is to provide you with the highest quality modest wear. We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with a smooth return and exchange process.


1. 7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it (Unworn, unused, and unwashed).
• With all original tags attached.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items


Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
• Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or Email.
• Send us clear pictures or a video of the defect.
• Resolution: We will send you a replacement free of charge. In this case, Ubaid Al Abayat will bear all shipping costs. You do not have to pay anything extra.


3. Change of Mind & Size Issues


If you wish to exchange an item due to a size issue or personal preference (change of mind):
• We accept exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability).
• In this scenario, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item and for the delivery of the new item.
• Note: We do not offer cash refunds for "Change of Mind". Only exchanges or store credit are provided.


4. Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are final sale.
• Custom Orders: Abayas that have been altered or customized specifically for your size.
• Used Items: Any item that shows signs of wear, scent (perfume), or damage caused by the customer.


5. Refunds (If Applicable)


Refunds are generally not provided unless:
• The item you ordered is out of stock and we cannot provide a replacement.
• There is a genuine manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5-7 business days.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
